Which reptile is available as pet in Australia?
I have discovered that some animal(reptiles) in Australia requires permit/license to keep them. Is there any reptile pet shop in Brisbane area?
If so, what kind reptile that are easy to care for(maintenance) and require no license to keep?
I would appreciate answers from reptile hobbyist in Australia (if there’s any:P )
any reptile requires a licence, so even if you got a bearded dragon, you would need a licnce for it.
My husband and i are reptile keepers and have started (in the last 2 years) breeding snakes, we are getting there ith our lizards we just need to grow them up.
Bearded dragins make for an easy pet to look after, as well as your blue tounge lizards and shinglebacks.
if your after a snake i recomend and stimsons python or a childrens python (both from the same family) as they dont get very big and are usually (like any ‘pet’ snake) calm, tho its not rare to get a crazy snake for a pet, they are just like any other animal.
